You will provide information about modern musicians in your country. Provide an example of at least one musician and what he/she has done musically.

Books

To locate books on musicians from your country do a subject seach in the Library Catalog. These are some suggested searches:

Search Example
popular music [country name] popular music Brazil
[type of music] [country name] Samba (dance) Brazil
composers [country] composers Brazil

Or if you know the name of a musician do a subject search with the last name first. For example: Veloso, Caetano. If you are looking for recordings by a particular composer do an author search with the authors last name first. For example: Veloso, Caetano.
