Books in the General Collection
To locate books in the General (circulating) collection you will want to do a subject search. For example: if I want to search for information on Klaus Graf Stauffenberg, I would type Stauffenberg, Klaus into the subject box. If you do that you would not get any hits though. But you will see that his official name is Schenk von Stauffenberg, Klaus Philipp, Graf, 1907-1944. Fortunately you can just click on it.
You could also do a subject search on the time period or event and locate chapters or essays in books by using the table of contents or the index. Example: Hitler, Adolf, 1889-1945 -- Assassination attempt, 1944 (July 20)
