Discussion
- How to plan/implement/execute user studies. Options considered: surveys, focus groups, user observations.
- Decision made to begin with a fairly broad, fairly short survey that focuses on general information consuming behavior rather than specific library services with aim of getting a sense of what technologies patrons are using/what interests they have/what they are aware of.
- Possibility of re-puposing questions from Jenn's Social Software Survey
