- Notices are sent as a courtesy. For items that can be checked out for at least one week, the first notice is sent out three days before the item is due. Overdue notices are sent at regular intervals until the item is billed.
- If you provided us with an email address when you registered as a patron or if you are a C.O.D. employee your notices, except your billed notice, will be sent via email. Different email systems interpret what is junk mail differently. Please either make it a regular habit to either browse your junk mail or set your email system to prevent Library email from going into your junk mail. Check here for some examples of how to set your email, but remember that your email provider may not be listed here.
- To check your email address or your street address or if you would like to change your notice delivery method, go to My Library Account.
