Maybe you don't have Tivo. Or perhaps you've got such a crazy schedule that you can't be in front of the TV every Thusday night from 8 to 9. It could just be that you love a show so much that watching every episode of the entire season once just wasn't enough.

Whatever reason you have for watching TV shows on DVD, you can relax and get caught up on the episode you missed or the show you never got a chance to see. Some times you just need to park yourself in front of the TV with a couple pizzas and watch ten hours of nonstop television.

TV Set

Slings and Arrows Season 1

Slings and Arrows Season 2
Maybe the best TV show you've never seen? This Canadian series, co-created by and co-starring Mark McKinney from Kids in the Hall, follows two seasons at the fictional New Burbage Theatre Festival. Multilayered, meta and madcap, the show feels like the strange but wonderful offspring of Olivier's Hamlet, Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead and Guest's Waiting for Guffman. Seasons 1 and 2 originally aired on the Sundance Channel between 2003 and 2005.

Chappelle's Show
Season 2

The last full season of the Comedy Central series which gained notoriety when Dave Chappelle abandoned the show three episodes into the third season. Prior to the "scandal" however, Chappelle's show won over audiences and critics alike with skits featuring repeating characters such as Negrodamus and Robot Man, as well as Chappelle's spot-on impersonations of Rick James, Samuel Jackson and others. Special features on this DVD include new stand-up material from Chappelle, an uncut Rick James interview, a gag reel, and deleted scenes from the show.

Grey's Anatomy Season 1

Grey's Anatomy Season 2
This Emmy winning show combines the best aspects of TV shows into one highly engaging series: drama, romance, a talented and attactive ensemble cast, and a new medical crisis every week. If you've just started watching and want to see it all from the begining or have missed some shows along the way, check out the first two seasons of this hit series.

Nip/Tuck
Season 2

Soap operatic in its melodrama, this FX series combines sex, drugs and plastic surgery into a very attractive and addictive package. The show, which follows Drs. McNamara and Troy and their highly successful cosmetic surgery practice, has drawn praise and criticism for its treatment of controversial topics and scenes. Season 2 originally aired on television during the 2004 season.

Deadwood
Season 2

Originally broadcast by HBO in 2005. A stunning Western drama with fictional characters mingling with historical figures in an exactingly recreated replica of a camp town in 19th century Dakota Territory. Deadwood initially received a lot of attention for its grim and violent scenes and coarse dialogue, which the show's creator, David Milch, has described as historically accurate.

Scrubs
Season 1

This show went from a sleeper/cult hit to one of NBC's staples thanks to dedicated fans. Scrubs is both wacky and earnest in a turn, striking a balance that is hard to find on network TV and even harder to maintain in a world where the networks tend to can the most innovative and creative shows in favor of bland sitcoms. Will it last or go the way of Arrested Development? The DVD contains never-before-seen dream sequences and a retrospective documentary.

The West Wing
Season 6

Winner of two Golden Globes and a record-tying 26 Emmys, The West Wing ran from 1999 until May of 2006, following the two-term presidency of Jed Bartlett. In addition to garnering critical acclaim, the series won praise from political scientists and White House insiders for its realistic portrayal of the inner workings of the Oval Office and high-level presidential staff. More than a dramatic civics lesson, The West Wing presented an alternate administration wherein a Democratic president contended with many issues similar to those faced by the current Republican administration. Season 6 aired during the 2004/2005 television season.
